ELITExas Receives Big “I” Outstanding Breakthrough Award at Annual Leadership Conference

IIAT’s young agents committee, ELITExas, took home the 2016 Outstanding Breakthrough Award at the Big “I” Fall Leadership Conference in Chicago, Sept. 9-10. IIAT’s Laura Farmer and ELITExas Chair Ross Ormond, a  producer at Offenhauser & Company in San Antonio, were on hand to accept the award.

Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) presented the award to ELITExas for the committee’s outstanding efforts as a new young agents committee. YAC presented its most prestigious annual award, the Outstanding Big “I” Young Agents Committee Award, to the Young Agents Council of the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents.

Attendees of the Big “I” Leadership Conference participate in professional leadership, technology and sales seminars. They were also able to network with peers, Big “I” leaders and company representatives to develop valuable professional and personal contacts.
