Save the Dates: 2017 Leadership Academy Launches in March

Get on the Fast-Track to Agency Leadership!

Now in its ninth year, IIAT’s Leadership Academy has provided MBA-quality curriculum to 80 participants from some of the top agencies across Texas, including most Best Practice agencies.

This unique educational collaboration between IIAT and the University of Dallas College of Business is ideal for busy agency personnel who want to learn sophisticated strategic management skills but aren’t able or inclined to commit the time or resources for an MBA or EMBA.

The MBA-quality courses of study have been condensed to three, 2-1/2 day sessions over three consecutive months and are taught by award-winning professors who are also leading practitioners in their respective fields. Upon completion, participants will earn a certificate from the University of Dallas Colleculturege of Business.

2017 Leadership Academy class dates:

  • March 1-3, 2017
  • April 5-7, 2017
  • May 3-5, 2017

The Leadership Academy is especially suited to the following agency personnel:

  • Current agency principals and managers who want to refresh or update their advanced strategic management skills;
  • Aspiring agency principals or managers who wish to acquire those skills; and
  • Agency producers who want to be able to demonstrate business acumen when consulting with the decision makers of their middle market clients and prospects.
