Electronic Auto Claims Filing has Room to Improve/Grow

car accidentInsurers are investing in technologies, but policyholders aren’t in such a rush to use them. That’s the finding of a new survey by J.D. Power.  For example, only 12 percent of Gen Y policyholders report a claim digitally, and many who did file digitally had a lower satisfaction rate than those who filed by phone.
